OUDNNA aims to provide a clear return process while respecting both customer rights and applicable Saudi laws and regulations.
Subject to legally applicable exceptions, a consumer may request cancellation and return of a product within seven days from the date of receipt, provided the product has not been used or benefited from, in accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging may be requested before the return is approved.
Returns are not available in cases excluded under applicable law, including products made or prepared specifically to a customer's request, except where the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications.
Products that have been opened or used may also be non-returnable where their nature makes resale inappropriate for hygiene, safety or product-integrity reasons, subject to the nature of the product and applicable regulations.
Nothing in this section affects customer rights where an item is defective, incorrect or does not match the agreed specifications.
If a product arrives:

Where a customer chooses to return an eligible product without any defect or error attributable to OUDNNA, the customer bears the costs associated with the cancellation and return unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Where the return results from an error by OUDNNA, a defect or a failure to meet agreed specifications, return costs will be handled according to the circumstances and the customer's legal rights.
Once the returned item has been received, inspected and accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where available.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Processing time by a financial institution is separate from OUDNNA's own return processing.
For international orders, shipping charges, customs duties or taxes paid to third parties may be non-refundable unless applicable law or the relevant authority provides otherwise.
